Privacy Policy

This policy covers the PLS INSTANT website at plsinstant.com and the PLS INSTANT experience on Roblox. It explains exactly what we store, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We never ask for and never receive your Roblox password. Signing in uses Roblox's official OAuth system, which means Roblox handles your login and only tells us who you are.

• Your Roblox account identity — your user ID, username, and public avatar image. This comes from Roblox when you sign in.
• Your progress in the experience — your in-game Robux balance, amounts raised and donated, playtime, when you first joined, your booth text, and your in-game settings. Your game client sends this so your balance is available on the website.
• Withdrawal records — the amount, fee, time, and outcome of each withdrawal you make.
• A sign-in cookie — a random session token stored in your browser so you stay signed in. It cannot be read by scripts on the page.

What we do not collect

• Your Roblox password, or your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie.
• Your email address, real name, date of birth, or physical address.
• Any payment card or billing information — all Robux movement happens inside Roblox.
• Your Roblox account's actual Robux balance. Signing in does not give us the ability to see or spend it.

Why we store it

Solely to run the service: to show your balance, to pay out withdrawals you request, to keep a record of transactions in case something needs correcting, and to display anonymous totals such as how many players have joined.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising or profiling.

What is shown publicly

The public "recent payouts" feed on our homepage shows the username and amount of recent withdrawals. It does not show user IDs or any other detail. If you would rather not appear there, contact us and we will exclude you.

Third parties

We call Roblox's own APIs to sign you in, read your public profile picture, and send Robux. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox's Privacy Policy. The site loads a web font from Google Fonts. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Progress and withdrawal records are kept while your account is active in the experience, so that balances and payout history stay correct.

Your choices

• Sign out at any time — this deletes your session immediately.
• Revoke our access from your Roblox account settings, under authorised applications.
• Request deletion of your stored progress and records by contacting us. Note we may need to retain minimal withdrawal records where they relate to Robux that has already been sent.

Children

Roblox is used by children, and this experience may be too. We collect only what is described above, we do not collect contact details, and we do not use data for advertising. If a parent or guardian wants a child's data removed, contact us and we will do so.

Security

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Sign-in cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure so page scripts cannot read them. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
